As confirmed with Tom's USA the sets we have are USDM car plug and play. Easy as peasy Louise!

I havn't found one aftermarket tail light that wasn't "plug & play"
The real question here is, do they have the proper wiring configuration so that all indicators light up properly ?
I'm guessing there will be two wires that will need to be swapped out like most others ? In fact, I just read a DIY on Toms installation here in the forums, where swapping out two wires was needed

The TOM'S LED Tail Light sets which just came in are imported by TOM'S USA and will be plug and play. No special wiring or modifications needed as those other tail lights and grey market JDM Tom's tail lights you speak of. These are legit genuine TOM'S sets imported by TOM'S USA being sold by 468Power - we are an authorized TOM'S Dealer. Here is further clarification directly quoted from my communications with TOM'S USA...
"It's funny, I just became aware of that. Some Rally Sport shop has them in the states. These guys are NOT direct dealers, most likely brought the product in "grey market".
We are TOMS USA and will be able to make the necessary changes to the product. Make sure your customers know they bought this product from an "authorized dealer"
This product will come plug and play for your customers."

So ladies and gentlemen (The X-Files theme song playing) - the truth is out there.

SNAP!!! Good to know who the legit dealers are and the headache of swapping wires is well worth the extra few dollars in my opinion. I know I got a set from a legit dealer too.
