Canepa Design Drive - JULY 13

Update: This drive will take place on July 13 when Canepa has their morning Cars and Coffee event from 8am to noon. Not only will we be able to check out other fantastic cars from private owners who attend the event, but we should have full access to the facility as opposed to just the museum rooms. This means getting up close and smelling the old leather on the in-progress restorations.

As standard procedure, Meet up at the start point at 7:30. We will be leaving at 8:00 AM sharp. Make sure to bring your two-way radios. The drive will be a couple of hours at least and we need to get a quick start in order to make sure we get to Canepa design with enough time to check everything out.

Entry to the Museum is free and is a great destination for our next NorCal DRIVE event.

Sweet I can't wait to check out this place, looks so cool! I'm down for either date but I voted for the closer one (22nd) because I want to see this place ASAP and I feel it's been too long since our last big drive (though I'm sure Vegas people feel differently hehe).

Which weekends are we voting for?

June 29 works for me. What time you thinking of getting together? The one bad thing about the Bay Area drives is how early they start and coming from Stockton means I'd have to be up at 4:30 am for a 7 am meet. I don't like getting up that early on Saturday and I'm good with that....

I know that drive very well. I used to attend school at Pacific. As we get more replies, I'll get an idea of what the group consists of and see if I can address everyone's needs as best we can. If there are more guys in Stockton, tell them to hit up this thread and let it be known!

Yeah. Too soon after vegas for me and then too close to the umigo meet that will cost me sone spending money too. But seems like an awesome place for sure

@Cjymiller What time did you have in mind? All day thing? I'm free the 22nd 'til about 11, so I may atleast join you guys for part of the drive.

I can attest for how awesome an experience Canepa Design is. I will definitely look forward to joining this meet.

It looks like the poll has been less than conclusive, as its pretty much split down the middle as of now. Considering the 22nd is coming up quickly, are we just gonna go ahead with that date? Move it to the 29th? Pick an entirely new date?
