FS: Cusco Engine Mounts [SOLD]

SOLD

I pulled the Cusco engine mounts (see: http://www.rallysportdirect.com/Cusc...gine-Mount-Set) off my car yesterday after running them for about 5 months. They do their job (keep the motor from rocking all over the place) but it's a little too much NVH for me.

If you're interested in picking them up, I'll let them go for $150 shipped (continental US) -- add shipping if you're outside CONUS. :)

They're virtually brand new and don't have a scratch on them since they're protected by the heat shield.

I'll post up pictures if you need 'em. Thanks!

What's NVH?

Whoops. That'd be noise, vibration and harshness.

Mostly vibration in this case. :)

I don't supposed you would be willing to weigh them? Or can you tell me if they weigh more or less than the stock ones? There is a specific SCCA autox rule that forbids using engine mounts that weigh less than the stock ones.

Unfortunately, I don't have a way to weigh them. I will tell you that they're about as heavy as the stock mounts. I will perform a 'feel test' when I get back to the house to feel if there's any significant weight difference. I have a feeling that they probably weight a little more than stock due to the additional hardware they've added. I could be wrong though. :/

upon quick search this came up, you should be good to go:

that's a great price, if only they were a bit softer for my taste.

they are almost double the weight of the stock ones

Yeah, it's not surprising that they weigh more. They have the added benefit of being able to pull the two lateral bolts out to hoist the engine without removing the lower mount from the front crossmember.

One of my favorite parts after my turbo install... Once you start running some serious power, engine mounts are necessary. I personally enjoy the NVH! But anyway, GLWS!

I always thought aftermarket engine mounts were suppose to do the opposite??
