I don't have an ecutek so sorry if I'm asking a stupid question. I was under impression that if the tune is locked then you can't even see the tables and thus compare the values in the tables between different tunes, or copy those values into map editor OFT uses?
Edit: I mean, if it's not getting values from somewhere then it's you doing the tuning and then it doesn't matter how many other tunes you have had as long as you are comfortable doing the tuning.

You are correct, but just because I can't see the values in the tables doesn't mean I can't datalog the ignition timing or the camshaft angles, or see how much the direct injectors versus port injectors are being used. The real keys are the injector scaling, maf scaling, and ignition retard for boost. I am hoping to get a Tactrix and use ECU Flash to start tuning my own car as well as soon as it is ready for primetime.
