JDM Taillights are wired differently from USDM
 

The JDM tails are wired differently from the USDM, that's why some people have needed to swap the pins on them.

For aftermarket tails, it's not that the manufacturer made them incorrectly.

For the stock tails, the red and white pins need to be swapped.
For the TYC tails, the blue and white pins need to be swapped.
For the Valenti tails, the blue and yellow pins need to be swapped.

Any issues with toms tail lights?

Probably the same issue.

Oh, yup... you were right.

Unfortunately, the pins in the Toms connector are glued.
I had to repin at the stock harness.
