This kit comes with ECUtek Vortech tune 91 gas (for stock cars) you will need a tune from Visconti or perrin or whoever to max the performance if your car has mods

Couldn't you just return it to Vortech? This was never installed, right?

In any case, good luck with sale - you may want to emphasize that this is the complete Vortech kit which will receive CARB exemption once it passes, whereas tuner kits don't get that. Might be another incentive for some California buyers. I dunno.
