Auto Dim Mirror Rattle
 

So I've recently hit about 6000 miles. I've noticed some rattling and.. its really annoying.. Anyone else get this issue before? Do not know how to fix it, but was gonna maybe try buy some foam stuff to stick underneath..

Its right above the mirror where the wires go up to hide, plastic part hits the windshield and makes the rattling noise. Is it glue that used to keep it attached to windshield or what?

Check out the mirror fell off thread. It is becoming common. The screws that secure the mirror get stripped out and loose. Most likely due to poor care when they are installed at the port before going to the dealership. I applied blue threadlocker and tightened all my screws and it fixed it.
