so these ones dont have snap hooks and eye bolts ?

the sides bolt straight up to the seatbelt anchor and seatbelt buckle anchor bolts.
the shoulder straps can be bolted to the chassis or you can use a sturdy chain link and attach it that way. I think its easier to install than using the eye bolts
