Man California people get to have all the fun, I hope this doesn't turn out like many car communities. Where the manufacturers don't give a crap about the rest of the country and focus on Socal alone. I really hate that....like when I was part of EP3Hatch all the Corporate Sponsored event were in California, alot of the members were in California, so it split the forum into east and west. And us people on the east and central had to make our own event and we never get the help out here.

Better not turn out that way, it's pretty unfair. And it's been proven to kill car communities slowly.

i feel your pain but it's purely a business decision: California is one of the biggest markets for cars anywhere in the country if not in the top 3, if not in the whole country. no doubt the same will apply for the BRZ; the weather here doesn't really impact what drive layout your use for your personal transportation on daily basis. in other words California is especially RWD friendly. just move here man and you can enjoy these perks and more!!!

I might be moving up north after summer so maybe Subaru involvement might be more prevalent... AWD isn't a popular factor in Texas, so Subie doesn't have much of a presence.

hahaha yeah I love to, but it might not be a good idea with the degree I have an all, it's harder to get jobs in California with me credentials. But I want to move over there for sure.

Cost of living sucks in Cali. Traffic sucks for SoCal. Did I mention cost of living? Housing costs are crazy there. I was looking at SanFran and LA. A dinky house with <1000 sq ft is like $300,000. For that money in the Midwest I am looking at a 3200-3700 sq ft home that is really really nice.

Hmmm. March 3rd is a Saturday. Who's going? I've never been to Hermosa beach b4, so if the weather is good, maybe I'll plan a beach trip too!
