Ran my whole system in my 240sx off one of these, front channels on a component set and rear channels bridged to a 10" JBL Power sub. It was plenty of power for that car and would be plenty for a 86 also.

Thats exactly what I'm doing with this Amp...I plan on going with a little more powerful sub than i currently have. PM ME!!
