Some kid keyed my car
 

Some kid in my area gave me a nice 3 inch key mark vertically on the top of my driver door. Its deep enough to have made a noticeable white line.. What is gonna be the best approach for restoring it..

I would think touch up paint would do the trick. I backed into a fence a while back and did the same sort of thing and just touched it up with some touch up paint.

what'd you do to the kid that made him act that way

Refreshing to know that should do it.. its not insanely deep but noticeably a key mark as it follows the curve down the door.. Car being detailed or I would get a pic.

Summing it up to hooligans who just want to ruin nice things.. may have been a dare etc.. Pains of living next to a not so great high school.

Yeah its not a big deal. Its going to cost me a little but it could have been so much worse. I cant wait to have a garage haha.

Do not touch up till you have it buffed out by a body shop they probably won't charge you but give guy a tip
