32G USB drives are readable in our cars? I know some people were having issues with certain size usb drives and the headunit being able to read and play music off of them.

I have the 32gb and it works fine.

A 16gb PNY I had lying around (5ish years old) didn't work.

I'm using a 64GB USB 3.0 drive without issue.

That's interesting. I have a 1G sandisk I had laying around that I've been using up to this point with no issues.

I wonder why your 16g didn't work. I'm guessing it has less to do with usb drive capacity than I thought.

Anyone try the 64GB Cruzer Fit? I have the 32gb, it works great, but I finally completed converting my entire audio collection to MP3... 50GB - so I'd love it if the 64GB worked!

I use a 16GB SanDisk cruzer fit. It's awesome. I love it, easily hidden, no issues. Worth the buy IMHO.

I finally "bit the bullet" and bought one... works great! 50GB of MP3s at my command.
