Also, does anyone know how the fitment is with the Greddy unit? Does it come with all necessary hardware?

Should come with everything you need and I don't remember reading about any fitment issues.

Only thing negative I've read about the Evo3 is the numerous comments about the cabin drone when cruising.

Mines is barely hitting the crossmember causing little vibration when idle especially when cold start. Other than that, no issues with mine, sounds great and you are going to love it!
