Hi guys/gals,

Had a chat with Gary @TemeCal yesterday about our situation here with my car being in for the cam sensor issue and his for the injector seal issue and our mutual frustration with the lack of knowledge and understanding of the car we've experienced with the local dealership service writers.

I've worked with a couple, and Bob Reaber at Toyota of Temecula Valley seems like a decent guy and one of the more on top of it service writers at the dealership, so we were thinking of the two of us both only went through him with our cars we'd increase our chances of having a service writer who actually knew what was going on with this car.

So, if you're in the area and get your car serviced at ToTV, requesting to speak with Bob when you call in to schedule maintenance or repair work may help all of us in the area to get our issues resolved more quickly and efficiently. :)
