Lease: Whiteout 6MT - 26 months @ $351 + tax

Looking for somebody to take over my FR-S lease. Here are the details:
2013 FR-S
Whiteout
Manual Transmission
Standard audio
Floor mats and trunk mat

~8,000 miles (will update this listing with exact mileage soon)

Car has Optiguard paint protection applied by Garry Dean. Garage kept since Day One.

Car is located in Tampa, FL.

Payment is $375.79 including 7% Florida sales tax. Payment should be around $351.20 plus your local sales tax if you are in another state.

Lease end date is 8/17/2015 so about 26 payments remaining.

36,000 total miles allowed under lease ("12,000 per year").

I believe Toyota charges a $200 fee to transfer the lease.

Car looks and drives great. Only selling to get something with more room for passengers.

Please PM me if interested or if you have any questions.

Do you know what your buy-out amount is after the lease is up?

Residual value on the lease is $16,698.

how in the world do you transfer a lease? do you have to go back to the dealer to transfer left payments? I'm curious about this.
is this even allowed?

It's pretty easy actually you just go to the dealer, pay the transfer fee, and the person who's taking over the lease fills out the regular credit apps & paperwork (the approval can be done ahead of time). Very easy.

I've been on both ends of a lease transfer 4 times now.

wow I'm surprised it's that easy. great thing is that there is not need for negotiating with a salesman. if I wasn't planning on turbo/Super charging the car i would be all over this lease.
