All I can say is... Get a good lawyer, and best of luck.

Plead guilty, you'll end up with a slap on the wrist and a small ticket probably. Definitely talk to someone with a law degree.

The last time I plead guilty to just a reckless op charge (I was 18, first ever violation, and was doing 30mph over the speed limit) The judge was very nice to me up until he took my license away and gave me the biggest fine permitted under law.

Did you have a hearing yet? You probably shouldn't have posted this if you haven't.

Why? I'm on camera doing the entire thing. I'm not trying to lie my way out of it. And I highly doubt the courts are going to be checking online forums to nail me for a traffic offense.

I studied law a little bit in college. Your best bet would probably take this post down for now, go talk to a lawyer that specializes in traffic laws and see if you have a dog in this fight.

Go and talk to a "Attorney" before you do anything to see what your options are. ;)
