Why couldn't put it on top?!

I don't think I'll ever do a track day, but it seems there's more than enough space for a trip to the grocery store, a bike, a baby and a stroller...maybe not all at once though... ;)

It also looks like you could fit the tires "standing", you could probably fit at least another tire in there.

If anything, this proof of a more than usable trunk, is good "wife justification."

:D

lol look how far forward the seats are. Hope you're 5' flat

Of course the 4 tires would fit but it looks awfully tight in the front seat.

Those cannot possibly be production quality, they look ridiculous. And I very much doubt they are seatbelt guides, I have not seen them in any other photos. Why would you need a seatbelt guide anyways - my car has a very similar seat/B-pillar/seatbelt arrangement and does not have or need a seatbelt guide.

That's just another glossy-black toolbox. The lighting is messing with your eyes lol

Probably most because of how the rear window glass is designed with the black edges/defroster so it has to sit up a bit to be seen plus over a spoiler. But then again there are integrated spoilers, none that have been seen yet though. I'm glad they didn't put it on the trunk itself, I think.

If the spoiler came standard equipped then the 3rd brake light would have been integrated into the spoiler

/nitpick

It has been brought up before and even with the spoiler it looks out of place. Maybe it's because the base is exposed and not a boxed unit that is flush with the panel.

I suppose a re-route of an LED light wouldn't be too hard, right?

They are so the belt doesnt slide off the shoulder. The Camaro has the same exact thing. On videos of the FR-S you can see that the seatbelt goes through that loop. If that was not there a person would have to reach back behind the seat to the B pillar to grab the belt. Trust me, they would not have a handle there that the seatbelt just lays on, and I can assure you the bottom connection is a snap, which is why the top is looped over (room for the seatbelt and allows the guide to pop open easier to put the belt through).

It would easy. Just re-route the wiring along the glass and mount it on the top. Avoiding the law would probably be the toughest part.
