Which coilovers? BC Racing or Stance Super Sport?

Hey guys, so I have access to a second car for the next month or so... which makes it a great time for me to get some serious stuff done to my brz. Which coilovers would you guys recommend? BC Racing or Stance Super Sport? (My budget for suspension is $900 to $1400 installed)

I am planning to drop my car 1 to 1.5 inches, it is my daily driver. I do plan to do a few track days a year in the near future, right now every few weeks I do very spirited drives in the mountains...

Thank you for any help or advice you guys can offer! I am looking to jump on one of these memorial day sales and get my brz dropped asap!

I just installed my BC BR Extreme Low coilovers today, and so far I really like them a lot. I have the dials turned to level 8 on all corners and it seems a little stiffer than stock.

The install was the easiest suspension install I've ever done. The only thing I could tell you is ask around for different measurements people have used when setting the span nuts. I found the default from BC Racing were set WAY to low for Houston, TX streets. I raised them maybe an inch, and it seems good, even though I scraped when exiting a parking lot today.

Here's how my car sits with bc coils with extreme drop and 10k springs all around. I just installed them out of the box no adjustments and the dampening is set to 20.
As far as I can say is that I find the ride much more comfortable than the original stock ride.

I dont have pictures yet, but my BC Extreme Low are adjusted a little higher than Jarumie, but not by much. I am on the stock 8k. I love BC very much :-)

people expect opinions based on personal preference, usage, and experience with different brands. What did you expect making that comment... i had to

This is why I say Stance. I run them on my car and have numerous friends who have been running them for years and I have yet to see or hear of a SINGLE issue yet with them. Their customer service is outstanding too, in case you ever have any questions about something. Everybody who runs them on this site says they love them as well and have had no issues.

BC aren't bad by any means. But from what I see, it seems to be kind of hit and miss with them, especially for our cars. Most people get them and they have no issues but there are a few that have and seem to encounter some type of problem with them either during install or while driving. It's the same with 240s from what I remember.

Like I said, BC isn't bad. They're direct competitors with Stance as are PBM and a couple others. I just feel like Stance makes a more solid product than BC. If you haven't yet, check PBM (Powered By Max). Their systems are $1,000 and are great quality. I would take PBM over BC as well.

i guess my is that anybody who has the budget to try both options and doesnt consolidate that into a better product likely isnt going to hold an opinion of value.

Dude get a life... I swear all you do is troll every suspension thread that isn't kw/ohlins/rce/etc. Do you have self-esteem issues or something and come into these threads to attempt to make yourself feel better about yourself? Guy asked for opinions between 2 specific coilovers prior to making a purchase... You come into this thread JUST so you can speak down on products and people who run their products. GTFO please and thanks.

I haven't seen Stance coilovers on our cars, but if you need another example of BC Racing Extreme Drop coilovers, here you go.

Maxed out front and rear, and the collars are taken out of the front.

And here is comparison with a Stock-height BRZ.
