got my FRS on May 2, 2013, just 3 weeks ago yesterday.

my truck was destroyed in hurricane sandy along with every other possession i owned except my dog, cats, rifles, and a few other valuables i was able to stash in the attic before evacuating. i wanted a new car so bad and i loved the FRS since the moment i saw it, but i just didnt have the money at the time because i had to basically buy everything i own again. about 6 months passed and i worked my ass off and one day i got tired of the 92 saturn station wagon i was driving and i went down to the scion dealer. after one test drive i had to have it. and i left with it that day and havent looked back since. since i got it ive done nothing but work, drive the car, or mod it. everything ive done so far i will document piece by piece.

so far I've spent about 300 dollars only. thats including a 125 dollar dremel kit. everything i did by myself, in my spare time, while working 40 hours a week and still getting out on the beach and surfcasting for striped bass, and going turkey hunting.

so far to date ive made a custom in dash iPad mini mount that direct links to the head unit, routed the heat and AC controls to the glove box, blacked out the headlights and emblems, plasti dipped the wheels and the roof flat black, and tomorrow ill be doing the tail lights, and a few other small things.

up next on the list is tints, and i have a lot of other plans for the future. so far ive put 950 miles on her and i should hit 1000 tomorrow! i smile every time i think about that.
