Suggestions for Center Console Armrest?

So, I've decided I'm getting one. Seems like there are quite a few options... what do you guys recommend? I'm mostly looking for great fit and finish, although good price/value never hurts :)

Play with the search function and you'll find around four different arm rests that have been made for the Twins. If I wasn't a computer idiot I would post them for you.

I have that unit as well. I purchased mine from Zeta Products for the same price. Like ZN6 said, it's inexpensive and functional. Plus it looks good.

I have the Toyota OEM one at the link below. Comfortable and looks great. Not the cheapest, but for me it is the best. I do not need the center cup holders and really appreciate the additional covered storage space. http://www.ft86club.com/forums/showt...hlight=Armrest

I had mine made by a member on here, Sutty, amazing arm rest if you do not want cup holders, I drink from a water bottle so I can toss it in the seat next to me. Seriously amazing.

Carsmo's arm rest was on my radar for A LONG time. Lets you still use the cup holders and still store stuff under the arm rest too. Probably the best arm rest on the market that does not require modification.

I bought three different ones and my favourite is @86_ZN6 one. Gave the other ones away! http://www.86-zn6.com/Center-Console...Only_p_19.html

Only one I haven't tried is the OEM one but is quite expensive and not sure it would be as high and padded as the 86_zn6 one. It is the perfect height for a manual shift.

I have the Zeta Products version and agree with above post that it is the perfect height for shifting. I also like that it retains the small slotted opening on the side since it is the perfect size for my phone or parking pass key. Now you do lose the cup holders, but only while using the armrest. Just remove it if you need to use the cupholders. Personally, I don't bring drinks into the car other than a water bottle that can go in the door holder. I may upgrade to the OEM version down the road, but for now the thought of drilling into my center console doesn't thrill me. Plus I see other places to put the money first.

Looks like I'll be going with 86_ZN6. Thanks for all feedback!

Built myself one last weekend

Problem is and I can see the same issue with the 86 ZNC is that when shifting, my elbow rests just in front of the handbrake, and the armrest is not long enough to rest on.

Will be rebuilding mine, same height as door armrests, and longer at the front so I can rest while shifting
