Nameless exhaust option

Hi, I am currently looking onto the Nameless exhaust, on the website there are 2 options. Factory Fit and Replaces Overpipe.

What are the difference??? I have a FR-S MT, and looking for 4" Mufflers.

And what does Helmholtz Resonator do?

the other option, replaces the frontpipe (downpipe) AND the overpipe. It combines two parts into one.

The second option (makes 2 pieces 1) is the best. you will also have to jack up your engine about 2 inches to slip it in.
