In case anyone is wondering...
Performance mods on my BRZ: Nameless cat-back and overpipe K&N Performance Filter EkuTec Flash - Tuned by R/T Tuning That's it! Dyno Results: 184.5 hp at the wheels (up from 167 stock) There is still a significant torque dip at low RPMs. Supposedly the best way to smooth it out is new headers. Can anyone confirm this? Other than that, the tune is great. The power gains are minimal due to the performance modifications being minimal (thus far). The best part is the tune is integrated into the stock gauge cluster. It lets you choose between 4 maps, includes launch control at adjustable RPM, automatic RPM-matching on downshifts, flat-pedal shifting (hold the gas pedal down while shifting), and an integrated 0-60mph timer. Updates to come upon purchase of headers and Vortech supercharger. |
It was a pleasure having you and the BRZ in Matt. Stop back anytime.:w00t:
