i have a friend going to Soeul Korea this week for 2 weeks and i want to have him pick up afew smaller parts he can bring back. so if you guys have any tips on where to pick them up there, and or some suggestions of parts to get. i am thinking a 86 oil cap, and hoping he can find me the frameless rear view mirror. i was hoping to get the tubes to change the sound but i don't know what there called.

If you are talking about the billet aluminum 86 oil cap, that's made by GrimmSpeed in Minnesota. Not sure you'll you'll have better luck finding one in South Korea, unless you're looking for cheap knockoffs. If he were going to Japan you might be in luck with some stuff, but Seoul? That's the land of the Genesis Coupe.

Yeah, I've never really heard of a Korean aftermarket for JDM cars..

due to the weakness of the american dollar nowadays youre better off just buying it here! i went to korea last month and you cant really find anything for cheaper everything is much more expensive down there

The things you will find cheap in Korea is pretty much all leisure related.

For example, Korean brewed alcoholic beverage (imports are pretty expensive), cab ride, and cigarettes (if you smoke) are like half the price or less of what you would normally pay. Mix that with bars that are open 24 hours a day...

Forget the car parts. Just go have a blast :D That's what I would do anyway!
