It's not dirt, it's actually a stock paint color for the Indian market. Not sure why its in China though, or wait, maybe that is dirt.

Dust storm? That is a lot of dirt, must be something unusual, otherwise I would be pissed at the shipping company.

Not sure exactly where in China that is, but in most of Northern and North eastern China there are gigantic dust storms that cover areas the size of Texas. It can literally bury villages and towns.

Side skirts are there, front and rear lip were most likely left off for loading/unloading purposes.
