Chicago Autoshow
Saw the BRZ and FR-S at the Chicago autoshow today and I have to say that the car looked good, but I'm a little disappointed in both manufacturers since they only brought 1 car each and had them on rotating displays and no one was allowed access.
A car that will be for sale ~may should have enough units produced already to get at least 1 car to the show for people to sit in. Going to be even worse since I know my local Subaru dealer will sell each of these cars as soon as it gets in so it may be a long while before I get to actually sit and play.
For what it is worth, the scion rep told me that the fr-s will be packaged like all other current scion models. That is one model/trim level with no options and the usual cosmetic dealer accessories will be available. Basically, no HIDs, push button start, etc. Will be available, but fog lights, spoilers, and all the neon you could ever want can be yours.
