Got my "JDM" underpanel

Got my "JDM" underpanel from JDKane's group buy, here from stock to aftermarket sorta... The underpanel suppose to bring the car drag coefficient down to 0.28 or 0.27 with spoiler, but I really don't know the effect since I have the APR front splitter and other aero accessories I added. The install was pretty straight forward and everything line up because it OEM. Just pulling out the little rubber things took extra time, but it was made easier with panel popper and pliers. I guess to the people outside of the US everything look pretty normal...

After

It even has this extra plastic thing riveted on the underpanel, I am assuming they thought it would be a high wear area...

It's used to protect your undercarriage for the inevitable bottoming out.
Extremely helpful for lowered cars on rugged roads and for certain ramps into parking lots/driveways/speedbumps.

How much?? I want this.

Nice touch, definitely cleans up the undercarriage.

They're good for lowering NVH, underbody protection and lower the coefficient of drag.

Plus they are impregnated with JDM fairy dust that is good for at least 2,000hp!

Lowering the drag coefficient, protecting underpandels but it is very thin, every where else beside the US is to justify the higher price for the car, and cleaning up the underbody.

I think it would have to be a harder material to actually protect the underbody from speedbumps. The material is very thin, and protection is very limited

Here a link of a groupbuy or maybe you can start you own in your area. It seem to be around 250ish depending on exchange rate

Thanks, i thought i have all this other stuff for aero minus well add this. Maybe it will keep me more planted through the higher speeds.

I'm thinking of having these made in aluminum using my set as a template.

I had these installed for probably about two months and decided to check on them yesterday....there's a LOT of gravel stuck in the rear panels. Luckily those aren't completely impossible to remove even with a slightly lowered car.

Yeah it was pretty easy to put in, I am wondering how long they would last since I am lowered and it my daily
