I've gotten to hold one before. Very nice gun indeed. I like american guns, but those Czechs certainly know how to make a fine firearm.

If I recall the headlines correctly, the 9th Circuit Court of Appeals ruled that the state's "may issue" policy was unconstitutional, but the Wheels Of Justice are still (slowly) grinding away on if/how the law will actually change.

And the 9th Circus may overrule itself as well, if the CA government gets its way, from what I heard.
