FRS/BRZ room mate?
 

I wasn't sure if this is best fit for the off topic forum or socal, but since it's region specific I'm hoping it belongs here.

I'm looking for a room mate (young professional or student, hopefully no pets) to share a 2bed/2bath in the San Gabriel Valley area. Let me know if anyone has a place and looking for a room mate or is looking for a place to live for at least a year. I know my way around a car pretty well and have a nice tool set if help with basic car maintenance and installing bolt on parts is something you'd want.
