The "You can only vote once" clause seems to be tracked by IP address, not Facebook account. I've voted on my home laptop, work laptop, work desktop, and cell phone. Also have hundreds of test phones already logged into Facebook accounts for automated testing at work. MUAHAHAHA (now if only I weren't already extremely busy)
