I just found these on eBay today. Thoughts? Opinions? I think that they look good, but the $80.00 price tag is a little much for me. They are plug and play BTW.

I actually like this...

The cheapest I found was $89.99. I like them though.

There are also these.

I couldn't find another seller but the amber ones are more than twice the price =/

NigelJDM just did a group by for these if your looking. I think its closed, but not sure on regular price, though these look much nicer IMO

250 by time to your door, nice but abit of a bend job. Then there's ones for 80 as said man some folks on ebay plain out rip people off brutal. Only thing I don't like about their clear version for example is the bold black edging, while Nigel's or the gt86 clear are clear all way to edge which IMO is "cleaner" looking. The blacks however if that's what ya want are cool.

Completely different products my friend

I know right. I had only found the clear ones when I was looking, but when I saw the posted picks of the amber I was in love. Simply because I am looking at getting a Hot Lava FR-S. But the cost is insane. I would rather get the clear, which I think had free shipping, and put a tint or paint them amber.

But I don't think it helps our case when so many people on this, and I'm sure other, forums say things like "Take my money now" and the like. Not that I am blaming or trying to be rude to these people. I think the same thing frome time to time, but I think that there are some good quality parts that are worth the money, like the after market tail lights, but there are other things that people are just trying to face rape us because they "know" we will pay the price. Some will others won't. Any way, that's my rant for the day.

Thanks for your comments,
Memphis

^ Exactly my opinion on the price matter.

looks good. i just installed the jdm clear ones today. Looking at that first pic, looks like you have to do some wire splicing (which makes sense as seeing the 3 leds inside) I think i prefer the jdm ones for the extra bit of convenience and if a bulb goes bad i dont have to buy an entire marker again

edit: nvm, i looked up the item, looks like the wires go to an plug that will just plug into the harness, no splicing needed. but i still think if a led goes out the whole thing might need to be replaced

Those look really nice... hope they come down in price, though. They shouldn't cost more than half as much as Colin taillights which are 4x the size of a product lol

BTW @MemphisR, I met a guy last week with a two-tone MK1 Supercharged just like yours! Love that color scheme :)

When was the last time you saw an LED go out?
