Issue with remote key locking / alarm
 

Sometimes I notice weird behavior from from my BRZ and key fob, if I press the lock button the car will beep, I'll put the keys back in my pocket and it will beep again. I used to think this was just me pressing the button in my pocket, but today I was at the park, somebody was walking past my car so I hit the lock button on my key, and the car held a continuous "beeeeeeeeeep" (like when the doors are open and you try to hit the lock button on the remote) until I pressed the lock on the keyfob again. Why is that? Also, I had my windows rolled down.
