I'd have to request if you can ask the photographer for more info in regards of camera settings/setup? Thanks.

I'll point you to his facebook page. You can probably get a hold of him there. I'm not sure what kinds of settings he used but I know its composed of of a few exposures of 30 seconds a piece.

That wasn't the main focus. Think HDR for this shot... sort of (twist of long exposure).

it's a long exposure shot with light painting on the cars. the HDR look is going OD on clarity/saturation/vibrance during editing.
