I dont know if there is already a thread on this but if not i think this will help some people. Heres the deal. There are probably a lot of people that bought the full tune with everything including the cable. I thought it would be a good idea to see if people would be willing to rent out there cables kinda like they do at auto zone with tools. For example I would pay someone via paypal the value of the cable (i believe its $250) puls shipping and some money on top for their time. Once im done I would ship back the cable and get refunded the $250.
That way the person with the cable gets a little cash and those who need the cable will save some money. Any thoughts?

you will have to use it more than once. how will you send data logs to your tuner for future mods?

best way to do is find a local tuner so you dont have to buy a cable

There's a few shops that will lend/rent out the ecutek cables... few on our board.

I've look online and the nearest place i found was a fe hour drive. Anyone in the CA, bay area know someone?

Trust me the cable is worth it and Is in investment to your tune/car

if you are going use somebody's tune, then you will have to flash it by yourself

The difference between renting and owning a cable is only a few hundred dollars.

The amount of updates that people get on a monthly basis should justify owning the cable.
