These headers have a rattling noise that seems to resonate from the flex pipe.

Other than this, they sound great and feel awesome. Completely eliminated the torque dip on my FR-S, without tuning it. Love how these sound.

Was told it's a $10 tig weld fix, I just decided to go stock for now since I have bigger plans

Why don't you get it fixed from the manufacturer? Sounds like there is a lot wrong with this piece. They should honor a warranty on their product.
