JDM GT86 RED Interior Parts Upgrade (Steering Wheel, E-brake Handle & Reverse Lever)
 

Got some JDM goodies from Japan!
- GT86 Steering Wheel
- GT86 E-brake Handle
- RED Reverse Lockout Lever

Installed them today! The steering wheel was pretty easy, took no more than 15 minutes. The E-brake handle was a bit more difficult, took maybe 30 minutes to swap. :thumbsup:

We are continuously having more true JDM GT86 parts coming in, such as these mint red/black OEM steering wheels, red OEM e-brake handle, as well as some TOM'S steering wheel (Carbon Fiber and Red), plus some TRD parts too!

Airbag are not as easy to come by, but we are watching out for it as well. Not sure how many ppl would be interested in an "86" airbag swap thou......

More than you can imagine. I know for a fact if you could some how swing the cover without the airbag (since we can't use it), you would have over 50+ sold easily! I know I'd buy the first one on the spot if that was the case!

Depending on the condition, as we've seen some used "86" airbag for around $650+. :bonk:

Yeah, that's why if you can find a way to get just the cover you will have struck gold!

I thought the E-brake cover had red stitching. Did you just reuse the OEM FRS one?

Yes, if you look closely at the first picture, it comes with the JDM cover/boot with red stitching, but since Japan (RHD), so the shape aren't the same as the US spec (LHD), so I reused the OEM FR-S one for now, but that will be next thing to attack! ;) Good catch!

Wow that sucks you had to buy the complete set. I know in the states you can buy them separately.

I wanted to buy the TRD console around the shifter but you have to buy all the useless RHD stuff.

Yea, some of the TRD stuff are limited to RHD at this moment, but we are trying to see if they will offer the LHD version soon!
