Parking Lights Question (FR-S)
i was gonna post this in another topic where someone was showing off some LED switchbacks, but decided it'd be best not to hijack his thread.
i bought the chrome amber bulbs for my car a while back (7443 for the front, 7440 for the back) and recently i did the fog light mod. so along with that mod, i ordered a pair of 7440 chrome ambers and put them in the front turn signals to disable the parking light feature because the front looks so much nicer with just headlights and fogs on. when it's headlight, fogs and parking lights there's just too much going on.
that being said, my question is: is this legal? are parking lights required by law? will i fail an inspection if i don't have parking lights? i watch other cars as they pass and some of those do have amber lights up front but some don't. some just have the amber sidemarker lights (which i will still be keeping of course). so yea, any insight would be appreciated. thanks.
