Wanted to help out those people who see cars in parking lots and don't have time to wait, so I just threw something together on Photoshop. Tell me what you think I can upload the pdf for you to change what you guys want just tell me.

I just printed them out at work, courtesy of @CSSM (who made them).

That way it was cheaper and I could print with nice font for my name than versus my poor handwriting.
