Decided to go w/ custom exhaust
4 Attachment(s)
When I first bought my frs I knew the first thing I wanted was an exhaust right off the back, so I ended up ordering the GReddy evo 3 for 850$ from a local shop. That was really the only exhaust I was interested in at the time. Anyways the exhaust was put on back order and after waiting a month I decided to return it and get Tein coilovers instead because those were readily available. So I went a local muffler shop to make me a single exhaust and at first I didn't know how I would like it, but I must say im in love with it. The best part is cost less then 300 for everything. Used 2 1/4 piping, and it runs and sounds great..a little loud for some people but I like loud, it toned down after a few days of driving also (not buddyclub loud whatsoever)
Added videos, just start up and revs, ill try and get my brother to record my driving on another day....enjoy http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=XmFeM...ature=youtu.be http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=1Bd4-...ature=youtu.be |

Can I ask why so many people are going single exhaust?

I like the looks of it, and it is functional since the shortest path routing is for left side exit like your setup :happy0180:

Good to see a custom exhaust. I've always gone that route and never regretted it. (especially for the $ savings)

i love the tip, i might cut of my buddy club thin tip for something like that, but it would ruin the whole thing.
exact same car, same color except my tip comes out of the other side and is a bit louder:) |

great to see people going for custom stuff. I love the single exit, duals are just cosmetic weight.

good way to go good choice going single. The left side though under hard cornering you got to be carefull about that rear control arm and axle. dont want it to touch
