Prova Steering Wheel!!

I don't think I have ever been this excited for such a simple item, but I am a sucker for nice steering wheels, so you can imagine how excited I was to see this steering wheel sitting on my desk.

I immediately went out to install this on our car, and I was pleasantly surprised how easy it was to install. I would say all in all, it took me about an hour, and I was taking my time, snapping pictures and generally having a good time.

As soon as I installed it, I just HAD to go for a drive. Now I knew before hand that I was going to love this steering wheel as I have driven with it in other cars, but I was genuinely impressed with how this steering wheel feels on the BRZ/FR-S chassis. I think this wheel should have been installed from the factory, it just compliments the car's characteristics so well. It gives you a more direct feel to the steering, and with the grip on the steering wheel, I also felt more confident throwing the car around, as you know your hands are not slipping off of it. To top it all off, it looks phenomenal and feels even better in your hands.

Check it out and let me know what you think!

Thanks Matt! And time will tell on the wear, but the Prova wheel in our STi has held up very well, so I would imagine this would be the same as long as I don't get my dirty hands all over it ;)

Thanks,
Rick

I had to do quite a bit of research on this, and I was able to find that the paddle shifters do bolt to the back of the wheel, but I am not 100% certain the Prova wheel will have those provisions, but I think they do. I was able to find a Prova wheel on a A-line(automatic) STi. I can double check on the Prova frame to see if it has the provisions for the paddle shifters if you would like :)

Thanks,
Rick
