There is nothing wrong with them, I just ran into some other issues and need money.
Pics and my review can be found here: http://www.ft86club.com/forums/showthread.php?t=33913
I only used the coilovers on track for ~10 minutes and never even pushed it hard. Never even got the chance to take it for any spirited driving.
Less than 1,000 miles on them
Located in Socal, I go between LA and SD

Asking $2,500
New is $2,559 + $231(tax) =$2790
You would save near $300!
Also willing to help you install them for a low price

Also willing to do a trade for:
Cheaper coilovers/lowering springs + cash
17x9 57DR + cash
or
some exhaust + cash

Hate to burst your bubble but no one pays tax on aftermarket parts. This is why you buy out of state. It just doesnt make sense to justify your price by saying how much the part is with tax when no one here pays taxes on aftermarket parts.

How about no one pays taxes on used parts from a private seller. Or are you going to give that money to the state of California?
