door speakers dont work

so today i was driving around and my door speakers stoped working. the front speakers and rear speakers work. when i change the fadder and balance and all that stuff they still dont work. i even changed the car radio format for the car selection and it didnt do anything.

anyone have any idea what to look at. if it is simple and stupid let me know i dont feel like going threw the hassle of going to the dealer if it is wire disconnected in the trunk

The door speakers are powered by the amplifier in the trunk. Maybe start with the fuse for that amplifier?

Fuse is fine. What box in the trunk is it?

I had an issue in my 08 STI where the speaker connector inside the door was corroded and would make an intermittent connection with the speaker terminals. That one sucked.

The amp for the door speakers is in the trunk on the drivers side near the rear seats. You have to remove the trunk floor lining to see it. Make sure everything is plugged in there.

Yup everything hooked up looks like I will be going to the dealership

Just had mine go out this past week. When I lost the amp, I also lost my rear view camera since I used the switched power off that plug. Hoping that I don't get flack from the local dealer and the warranty on the amp voided due to my install.
If the d!cks do void it I guess I'll have to build out my stereo. I have most of the stuff lying around, so it would be filling in the gaps.
