Positive and Enthusiastic Person Wanted for Sales Position at ModBargains - Vehicle Modifications & Enhancements


ModBargains is a leader in the automotive parts and accessories industry. We perform installations on vehicles at our shop, warehouse extensive inventory that ships all around the world every day, and employ automotive enthusiasts with extensive experience who help our customers make wise choices on mods. We are currently looking for 2 motivated, positive, and enthusiastic people to add to our internal sales team. The two individuals selected through our interview process will be integrated up into 2 different sales teams. You will be a junior representative working with a sales team leader. ModBargains is a company that has a culture of driven and passionate automotive enthusiasts. Every day here is slightly different, but if you are enthusiastic about cars and have great work ethic and drive, you will fit in just fine.

Job Duties & Description:
- Provide expert advice to customers in person at our retail storefront location
- Provide expert advice to customers over the phone
- Provide expert advice to customers via e-mail
- Provide expert advice to customers on online forums
- Provide expert advice to customers on live chat
- Provide professional customer service to every customer

The ideal candidate for this position must possess great verbal and written communication abilities. This person will need to work in a team environment, and have the ability to interact with customers with a positive attitude. Candidate must have great familiarity with the aftermarket car marketplace and the enthusiast community. Examples of knowledge you will need is wheel & tire fitment, benefits of performance products such as intakes, exhausts, ECU software, and other important details about making vehicles better.

Requirements:
- Available full time, 40 hours per week
- Must work from our La Habra, CA location
- Proficient with computers
- Ability to articulate and write grammatically

- Professional phone etiquette
- Ability to listen and follow direction
- Automotive and parts knowledge (BMW, Audi, VW, Nissan, ETC)

Preferred Qualification:
- Experience modifying your own cars
- Proficient in all general computer skills (E-Mails, MSOffice, Etc.)
- 1-2 years of experience in a sales/retail position
- Excellent problem solving and organizational skills
- Web forums and internet computer skills
- Ability to multi-task
- Knowledge of aftermarket performance marketplace (a plus)


Pay
- Sales Team Pay Structure is Junior/Standard/Senior/Leader. You are interviewing for the "junior" position which pays between $13 - $18 per hour for the first 9 months. After 10 months, you graduate into the "regular" tier which pays between $13 - $30 per hour. After 3 years on a sales team there is no cap on the amount you can make, and pay is based on performance for all levels of the sales team.
