TRD/STI Aluminium Carpet plates

I noticed on my brand new carpet mats that it was already fading a bit from my heel on the carpet.

I recently bought some of these TRD Carpet Aluminium mats, they are not Genuine TRD but the quality of these are on par with anything that TRD would have supplied, take my word for it.

The Plate itself is made of a pretty thick plate of Aluminium, about 0.4 inches and has a brushed finish on top.
The black dots you see are rubber anti-slip mounts that are removable, when bought in the box, they come separate and you just need to push it into the holes on the plate.

The TRD logo is identical to any TRD products I have bought in the past. I spent quite a while to find a quality company that stocked these and went through a few variations with some being not so good quality.

The plate I have is sitting on the carpet and it actually comes with screws you can screw into your carpet, but this thing weighs almost about 7-800g and on the back has the rubber mounts so it doesn't slide around for me and sits quite firmly.

I am selling these for $45 pickup in Brisbane or PM me for a shipping cost. They are quite good value for the amount of quality material you get.

Another High res shot with my newly installed LED footwell lights!

Ordered a few STI ones too for a mate with a WRX and I have one on my passenger side in a Toyota car. :P

I'll have to measure it when I get home, but it is pretty thick. Maybe it measures the baseof the plate to the tip of the rubber mount top as being 0.4 inch but I will confirm.

Hey, I'd be keen but raising the floor by 10mm worries me cos your foot will be in a different position to original. Let us know !

I bought one of these plates from Al on another forum, I just measured it, the metal plate is 4mm thick, the rubber buttons make it about 9.4mm thick.

Got one of these a couple of weeks ago from @AL008 - quality Item, I used Velcro dots to stick mine down which works for me - highly recommended.
