looks like u need a Japanese account to get this app.

and u need to search with "Toyota I am 86".

I was able to get it. I searched for "I am 86" and it was a few down. Officially called 'I am "86"'

not from the Australia app store.

Yeah, it's like 45% to apples slipping 27% or something like that but development is difficult with all the different devices and OS's flying around.
