WTS Duraflex X-5 Rear Spoiler (New/Unused)

2 Attachment(s)
Selling unused unpainted Duraflex X-5 Rear spoiler. The spoiler has a small hole on the trailing edge, cause unknown (assumed damaged during shipping).

I bought the spoiler without fully researching the work necessary to install them. My Limited BRZ and the spoiler it comes with has holes in the trunk lid that the Duraflex X-5 spoiler doesn't cover, so I would need to do quite a bit of body work to make it work, just costing me more money than I'm willing.

Tried to get a refund but they said they couldn't take it with damage but compromised and refunded me half the cost plus shipping and I keep the spoiler to resell myself.

Asking $150.

Located in Arizona.

Easy fix when it gets painted, unless you are planning to put it unpainted

But yea, damaged goods hard to sell...

GT 86 Brah 05-16-2013 09:57 PM

dOMEmE 06-28-2013 08:50 PM

i wonder if you can take it to a body shop and have it repaired

NorCal_Guy 10-27-2013 04:55 PM

Theres no repairing that, and why would you put a hole anyway:confused0068:

could just lay fiberglass sheets under it and then bondo fill the hole. sand till flush and light sand the whole spoiler. and spray black. thats why i did with my front lip...

i dont know if youd wanna do a DIY paint job on a spoiler tho.

Hmm $150 and $70 off retail. So it was 220 new? They refunded you half and it ($110) looks like you're trying to profit off of us by 40$ - shipping?? I'm hurt ;_;

Yeah but that's just to much work, the amount of money and time you would spend on doing all of that you might as well just buy a new one haha.
