What to do???
Today i got my tailights from the post office and after opening the package i found out that the corner of one of the tail lights are broken. Cracked and pieces everywhere in the bag/bubble wrap... What should or can i do at this point?:cry:

Return it. Ask for a refund for a broken product.
Seller should be responsible (or their designated shipping company if it has insurance) regarding your product. If you paid through e-bay or paypal you can write up a claim. |

They have to be really stupid to ship without insurance. It shouldn't be an issue other then more waiting.

You would ONLY ship back if the seller asks you too. Other wise you'll have to file a claim. (ebay) If you bought it from a private seller you'll have to contact paypal and tell them the seller sent you a broken item. Paypal should refund your money back. Of course within reason. |

Good luck. Took my exactly 1 year to get my money back from USPS on an insured package they lost.

Basically what everyone said, contact the seller. Man i'm sorry that happened, hope your bad luck ends!
