I installed but paired with my headers, it's too loud/raspy for me. It's not at all bad if you're off the gas or don't accelerate hard (I'm running the FA20Club EL header). It added a nice growl to it at idle but I'm an old man. Anyways, I think I will try and pick up a catted version.

It's 2.5" and does bolt up to the OEM overpipe and midpipe perfectly.

I'm hitting the dyno on Saturday without it, I'm estimating this added about 4-6whp to my setup. A nice clean and inexpensive mod for those interested.
