Mackdaddytran's Asphalt 6MT FR-S
 

After much research, finally bought my FR-S! The funny thing is the dealer had the color listed as Raven, so when I got there I was disappointed. But looking at the car, Asphalt looked awesome.

This is sort of a downgrade from my previous car (05 Acura TL), and it's missing alot of features I took for granted. But none the less the perks of driving it makes up for it.

I'll post updates with any new mods but I'm not going to go too crazy with this car :thumbsup:

I take it this is used, seeing as that's an aftermarket head unit and the odometer looks like it has a bit of miles on it.

Regardless, nice find and color! :thumbup: Enjoy man.

Yup I bought it used, car is still new so I figured I would save myself a couple grand and buy a used one.

So far loving the attention in this car. Heads turn everywhere I go and received a couple compliments so far.

Just switched out my lights today. 6k HID's, white 9 LED map light, and white LED license plate lights

Happy with the lights, I'm glad the headlights aren't as blue as I thought they would be. Stock projectors have a nice cut off as well.

They have used FR-S' already? Who in their right mind would ever get rid of these cars!?

Nice choice though, I love the Asphalt color.

I bought it at a Subaru dealership - so I can only imagine somebody traded it in for a BRZ lol

Took the FR-S out of town for a 230 mile road trip. Surprising comfortable and fuel efficient.

Girlfriend has no complaints on the drive! It seems at ~85mph there is a cracking noise coming from the roof. I can only assume it's cause of that big ass antenna.

Asphalt...such a lovely colour!

Got em mounted :) Asphalt and gold turned out to look so much better than I imagined. There were 5 guys at discount tire working on it lol. Once they opened the boxes they were excited to get the wheels on. Afterwards we talked for a little bit about the car.
