I am looking for a set of perfect stock wheels with good tires in the SF Bay Area. Will pay $650 cash

i have a perfect set in my frs with michelin tires with less than 500 miles on it. i'm asking $800 though as the funds will go towards the purchase of new tire/ wheel setup. im also here in campbell , los gatos area only.
