I'd like to see some aluminum drive shafts and loops.

how about some superlightweight axles for the NA crowd? also it looks like the super low crowd (with extended rear travel) will need longer axles too...I just broke a bearing cage and the wear is in the outer third of the plunge joint

Robi inadvertently proves herrafrushcambermadlowtyteyo! bros ARE wrecking their cars.

Not saying Robi's car is like that since it's a racecar and all.

I'll keep this on my wish list for when my build gets to this point. No money for this currently.

Everything you'd need to upgrade in the rear for hard launches with a lot of power at the strip.

light and strong sometimes are hard to put into the same axle, NA cars have instentanious Hp and will give an axle a good shock Factor. with dimensions i can custom make the bars to the right length (actuall have them already) we can lighten the inner CV also

here is the "Wall of bars"

Why does The Driveshaft Shop give whp ratings? I would have thought torque would have been the measurement to use.

ben15r 04-27-2013 05:39 PM

We were looking at mine when we pulled it today it looks like the harder the car squats the more angle you get in the inboard joint and the shorter the distance from the hub to the diff becomes.

my question, do these allow for more angle?

robispec 04-27-2013 05:49 PM

My wear pattern was at the outboard end of the inner joint..as the car squats the axle lengtj gets longer. Not shorter...

ben15r 04-27-2013 05:59 PM

when the suspension was completely relaxed the distance from the hub to the diff is longer than when the suspension was as compressed as we could get it
